Nature of our services
What this website does — and does not — provide.
Dastivo provides tax planning, business advisory and retirement/wealth planning services to individuals and small and medium enterprises in South Africa. Content published on this website — including articles, calculators, illustrative figures and general commentary — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
No client relationship, and no duty of care, arises from your use of this website alone. A formal advisory relationship, including any applicable fees, scope of work and terms of engagement, is established only once a signed engagement letter or service agreement is in place between you and Dastivo Financial Advisory (Pty) Ltd.
Any illustrative figures, indicative estimates, or results generated by tools on this website (for example, planning widgets) are for general orientation only, are not guaranteed, and should not be relied upon for making financial decisions without consulting one of our advisors.

Fees and engagements
How our advisory services are priced and confirmed.
Indicative pricing shown on this website is provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the complexity of your affairs. Final fees, scope of work, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing in an engagement letter or proposal prior to the commencement of any paid work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable in South African Rand and are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT), which will be added where applicable at the prevailing statutory rate.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Dastivo Financial Advisory (Pty) Ltd excludes liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, save where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that we owe you under a specific written engagement letter, which will govern in the event of any conflict with this clause.
